This policy governs the booking, cancellation, and rescheduling of services offered by Joey's Room. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Requirements
We offer flexible booking options subject to the following windows:

Early Booking Window: Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance of the desired service date.

Minimum Booking Notice: Bookings must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled service time.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change. You may reschedule your booking at any time, subject to availability.

Eligibility: Rescheduling is permitted at any time (up to the original service start time).

How to Reschedule: To reschedule, please contact us via 480-881-5021 or use the rescheduling function within your online account.

Fee: Rescheduling is currently offered with no charge.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time; however, all cancellations are subject to a fee.
Cancellation Fee Details
The Cancellation Fee is applied to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business when a slot is held and then cancelled.

Percentage Fee: The cancellation fee is 40% of the total booking price.
Example: If the service costs $100 and the cancellation fee is $40, the customer will receive a refund of $60.
